I fell off the earth lol .

Actually my computer crashed and I totally forgot about the site until today when I got an email.

I"m still at a stand still BUT getting back to trying much harder.

I need to find my book and refresh myself.

OK so I can replace my flour in a recipe I'm looking at for the pork rinds but it also calls for corn meal .

any suggestions?
or maybe just leave it out all together ?

I ALWAYS goive in to SUGAR ! GOT TO HAVE IT. Some months it's salty some months is Sugar.

Hi Ya'll Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Lisa in Alaska.

I bought the book and have read it . I'm  still a bit "confused" as to how this works but have narrowed it down to no more than
20 net carbs a day. Is there ( maybe i missed it in the book) a max on sugar a day?

is there a pocket guide that can be used verses always trying for fine things in the hard cover?


I just got back from a hawaii vacation and not happy with myself in photos that could have been great.
