Hi Ya'll Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Lisa in Alaska.

I bought the book and have read it . I'm  still a bit "confused" as to how this works but have narrowed it down to no more than
20 net carbs a day. Is there ( maybe i missed it in the book) a max on sugar a day?

is there a pocket guide that can be used verses always trying for fine things in the hard cover?


I just got back from a hawaii vacation and not happy with myself in photos that could have been great.

Glad there is a forum ! I'll definitely  share this on face book, and sparks people

There are 4 other books on the fat to skinny website.I am working on the fat to skinny bakery book which will be out late this summer.Alot of the people here are on facebook, snobles know who they are.Contact her.Her husband is also a hunter.It must be so cool to live in Alaska.i have always wanted to go there.Its one of the few places I haven't lived.

Ahh not always cold here and some places in AK actually poop 80 and 90 in the sumer months.


I'd have to say alaska and hawaii are GODS COUNTRY.

I have never been to Alaska or Hawaii, but I would love to go to both of them eventually. . . on a cruise ship would be really nice, since I'm dreaming anyway.

        Lisa that's cool "Gods Country" all kinds of differant foods to eat. Great fishing and hunting. I wanta go! Good luck with your endever, this is a great site. And the easyest way to drop the weight.
