Hiho Elizabeth  - week 1 - I lost 8.2lb. Had a bout of gastro which dropped 3lb overnight. How was your first week?

Hi morgan 8.2 is fantastic whoosh for first week.    Well ive stayed the same .   Ive been on offonoff which isnt what I wish but will get my act togethere here in about a week and get going better.   

Very happy that youre on track  Ill be there with you soon .  Will do separate post when on laptop instead of tablet
