How many carbs?

If a person is already at their desired weight or reach their goal weight. how many carbs should the aim for to stay healthy and on track?

I strongly urge you to read Doug's book!!!
The reason so many people struggle losing weight (and keeping it off) is from counting calories.
This has been going on for many decades... If it worked, FTS would never have come to be.

I eat more calories per day now than I did when I weighed 315 pounds.
The main difference is, I removed all net carbs but 20 per day.

I'm in maintenance and  strive for 20 carbs too. I sometimes go over but do not gain thankfully.
