When I have cravings its usually when I am idle or bored.I get up and do something ;)

We fight and defeat carb (sugar) addiction one craving at a time.
Kudos to you for not giving in.

Pork rinds have been my friend from the beginning with FTS over 3 years ago.
Early on, they fished me out of a number of close calls.

Cravings will be very strong during sugar detox (the first couple of weeks).
But like TooSweet said, they WILL pass! :)

I find a couple pieces of beef jerky or string cheese nails the hunger issue FAST.........

The struggle is hard, but it becomes easier the closer  you get to eating correctly, I love it when the cravings go away, and I am unhappy when I start flirting with disaster again (bad or too many carbs)
