Title: Over 80 Pounds Lost!
Post by: mouseissue on August 16, 2012, 10:37:40 AM: Well I finally caught up with Scott who lost 80 pounds in 52 weeks and made his goal last August.

It's taken me a bit over 2 years to lose the same amount. But the journey has been so worth it.
My health is so much better, I can hardly believe how great I feel! :) :) :)

The ONLY way to win the lifelong weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) war, is with a lifestyle change.

With FTS , I've been able to watch the scale, slowly but surely, move in the right direction.
And I know that when it reads what it should, I can maintain it without stress.

So many people here have reported losing 30 or 40 pounds in 3 months. This is a lifestyle change, and not a diet, the fact that you stuck with it and reached your goal is what is truly inspirational to me.
