Please tell me your daily schedule. I want to lose 7 to 9 pounds coming week. That will be a great help.

Doug, Not chasing lions but if a lion happens to chase me :). If that happens then certainly it will be 9 pounds loss in one day :).

Betty there are no special foods 20 carbs or less per day and you will lose,its science ;)
