Too cool!!  8)

Umpa, Thank you soooo much! This looks amazing. You have such an amazing way with recipes. You saw what I was looking at doing -- haha Too many ingredients.

Thank you for taking time from everything else you have going on and with the Thanksgiving Holiday  as well, to perfect this. Very much appreciated!

At just over 1/4 a carb per biscotti I know my dad can safely and healthfully enjoy several with his morning coffee! Thanks again!

Ross over on tunnel road Becky by the asheville mall has it really cheap. Its 2.99 a bottle.Emulsion are heat activated they get stronger as they cook. You can use regular extract though, flavor just won't be as strong.Stay warm my friend! :)

Is there anything that can be substituted for the soy flour?

I sometimes substitute coconut flour, but for this recipe I'd use only 1/2 cup, as coconut flour is very absorbent. May or may not work in this recipe, since I haven't tried it yet.

Anjelhands hello!! Long  time no see! How are you? :)
In this recipe it has to be soy flour for crunch.I haven't found a substitute yet.Soy is as close to white flour as we can get.  ;)
