Three days into the FTS life style change, and I'm down 5 lbs! I'm celebrating my first small victory!  :P It's even convinced my husband to start too. We raided our house of the "poison" we were eating, and are planning our first FTS dinner together. We are pumped! My goal weight loss is 90lbs, and that number no longer seems so impossible.

(I've attached a picture to show just how excited I am!)

AWESOME!!!!!!  Keep it simple until you feel comfortable with the rules.  Then explore the recipes and expand your food choices.
