Lunch Recipes / Re: Sushi Rolls!
« on: November 14, 2010, 02:30:31 PM »
I have to say this brought tears of joy to my heart. I am a Sushi freak! I think Sushi was one of my major downfalls. There was a Sushi restaurant a block from my house when I lived in San Leandro. I used to sit at the bar many a nights drinking Saki and eating way to much Sushi. I even learned to speak a little Japanese, say thank you and may I have more please. I used to even make my own. I have not had any Sushi for many Suns  :'( I lost my Sumo Sushi eater status. I was a legend in the Sushi eating world. Fish used to shutter at the sound of my name.
I changed my ways and gave Sushi up  :'( (Thanks to you Doug) for teaching me a better way.

Oh boy now I can have Sushi again  :D :D :D I'm back.

Thank you again Mr. Doug sun ::) you are a true Sushi master. PS you to Umpa!

I fill like I have been away for ever. I am still living the F2S lifestyle nothing has changed food wise in my life. I have lost a little more weight just not trying as hard as before.

Work has been a nightmare. The company I work for is sliding down the hill and picking up momentum. Not sure how much longer we will be open. Weeks days who knows. Oh well  ::) what ya gonna do.

I have not gained any weight back thanks Doug & Umpa for the lessons and everyone else . My wife is finally seeing what a difference the F2S makes and is trying to watch her sugar intake.

Hope ya all have a great Thanksgiving!

Do not let the past control what you do tomorrow. You have had a slight set back, get up dust off. Do great the way you know you want to do, you can do it!  Picture your self in your mind the way you want to be. If you have any doubt, remember every one else here is just like you. If we can do it (if I can do anyone can) so can you.

Stress is a bad very bad thing. Screws up weight loss. Also cut those carbs as low as you can. Park as far away from the store as possible so ya have to walk futher (makes my wife crazy  ;D) but I need all the extra I can get. Read F2S again, when I get hung up that's what I do.
