Starving
« on: September 19, 2011, 08:24:49 PM »
::) Starving like always. So I go to the recipe page and start looking at all the great ideas, well it just makes it worse :-\ This is my normal routine each time I come here. Or I come in to see how every one is doing and I end up on the ask Umpa page. It's torture cauliflower pizza or meat loaf or... drives me crazy!  ;D lol

You shouldn't be starving Phil unless you keep falling back into carbs....they WILL make you hungry.

Meats and greens coupled with fats will keep you full.

Hi Phil! :)

It's nice to hear from you again! :) :) :)

Doug is so right about carbs... They DO make you hungry!
Eating them will become a vicious cycle that ends up in obesity.
This is exactly why most of us are here!

Please post what you're eating each day so we can help you.
What you do today is what matters!

Just trying to be funny again.  ::)
I am doing great. Not starving. I am out of my slump for a while now. Have been eating right and loosing. Stopped drinking diet sodas and sf candy, I may have been going overboard on those.

Well that's a relief, Phil!... I'm glad to hear that you were just kidding around.

As you may have noticed, if you hit a slump (stall out), cutting out stuff with sweeteners usually will get the ball rolling again.
That assumes you are following all the other FTS rules. ;)
What you do today is what matters!

Back and forth. Right now we are in California. Next month off to Texas then back to California and Washington state for November. Maybe back to Texas for December. Never ends around here.  ;D Plans change from one day to another around here.
