Hi you guys I am sorry for the delayed reply.  The Texas toasters
I purchased are onion dill,  Dixie Diner makes them and you can
have 6 good size bread chips for 1 net carb.  And they are legal.
hurray.
I like them plain but will be great around the holidays with dips.

Hi Umpa
I was just on Sami's bakery website and I can see the ingredients
are much better not all the wheat products.  I tried your daughter-laws suggestion and bought the Texas onion & dill toasters they
are great when you want something crunchy.  Have a great day. :)

Hi Umpa I will give them a try and will look at your bread recipes also.  yes the
list of ingredients does look like regular bread doesn't it.  I think it would work
on maintenance as I did loose 13 lbs for the month and a half I was eating it.
Thanks for your help I better stay away from it.

I was wondering what everyone thinks of this bread.  It is so good I was wondering if it is legal.  According to the label it is but you never know.  They have 3 or 4
choices.  It is sold here in so cal and I just drive to pick it up.  It is $6.98 or 7.98
a loaf but it lasts a long time if you keep in freezer.  The web site is viva low carb if you want to look at the label or order.  Maybe this has been around before
so let me know.  It is really good so I hope it's ok.

Hi Doug I am new to your website and have been on your program for 9 wks and
have lost 19.5 lbs but I am also at a plateau.  I would like to know how you
and your mother lost all your weight as it is rather hard to realize you could both have lost so much weight in such a short time.  Did you eat all the food
you reccomend in your fast and easy book.  I have been at this plateau for over
a month and I know what you mean regarding changing activity etc.  What I would
like to know is what you and your mother's menu was to loose all your weight as
I have a long way to go.  I stay at 20 carbs.
