Hi Everyone,
Just want to send a shout out to OWENSMATH and thank her for telling me about FTS. She had mentioned the plan to me a while back, but I was busy "counting calories"...ugh. I had lost 33 lbs, but got sidetracked, settled back into my old eating habits, and gained 9 lbs back in only 2 weeks!
Out of curiosity, I purchased the on line download of FTS. I am just now on my 2ND week, but I lost 10 pounds my first week!! (I re-lost the 9 lbs I had gained, and I think the good Lord just took off 1 more pound just to encourage me!)
I am anxious to see what is in store if I can stay the course! I have ALOT of weight to lose. By the way, this forum is GREAT! God bless you all.....

Yes, I am another proud Navy mom! Our daughter is a freshman (Plebe) at the Naval Academy. We are going up to to see a couple of her basketball games in late November. I would LOVE to have a chunk of this weight gone by then & see the surprised look on her face. Can't wait.

I will definitely check out your column Umpa! I watched the video on how to make the low carb chicken parmesan, and that looked yummy! Who would've thought you could do that! I already love pork skins anyway.

Thanks for your kind words Susie! We have met the most wonderful people by being a part of the "Navy Family". This is how I got to meet Donna!
My dad was Army Reserves when I was a baby, but otherwise, the military is all new to me. However, now days......when I see an older gentleman wearing a "Veteran" cap or t-shirt, I just want to go up, shake their hand, and say "THANK YOU!" I understand more about their sacrifce now. To say the least....I am ALOT more patriotic now. ha ha
I sure am enjoying this Forum! Everyone has been so nice and welcoming!
