Hi everyone... Its been a long time since I have written ya'll.. Ive MIA due too so many issues.. Gained about 7 lbs, but after a few Dr visits and finally feeling that there is some hope in the future, I feel that I am ready to get back to eating the right way..

I see so many new names.. Im so glad that Doug/Sherrie are getting out there... I wish you all the best and pls know that the FTS family is really amazing..

Yes I do.. My gain isnt from sweets, it has been from overeating due to stress..  It still stressful but things are starting to get under control..

Im trying everyday and my favorite quote that has helped a little is..

“Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass… It’s about learning how to dance in the rain.”

Needless to say Im taking dancing lessons.. (not literally)

You know Alex its funny when you are in the middle of raising kids and the problems seem so huge! Then they get older and more experienced,you get older and more experienced, and you reflect back and you go that wasn't really so bad.Every experience we go through is a lesson to make us wiser.All will be well I promise. ;)
