My kids take turns cooking dinner once a week and we found this recipe and were able to convert to FTS friendly!! Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!!! :o
Pre-heat oven to 325F
In a large skillet heat 2T. olive oil and brown 3 cloves of chopped garlic.
Add boneless, skinless chicken breasts and coat with garlic & oil.
Pour 12 oz. bottle of sugar free barbeque sauce over chicken. (I like the Walden Farms honey barbeque sauce)
Bring to a boil, cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Shred chicken with 2 forks and add some of the sauce from the pan!!
YUMMY!!!! ;D
The only carbs are in the garlic!! (3 carbs)

substitute pork for the chicken... pulled pork, yum. Thanks MommaB

Thanks everyone! Pork would be a good idea too! We grilled a pork roast for dinner tonight!!! Yummy! Can't believe that we were able to grill in the middle of December, but I'm not complaining!!! lol ::)

Is it warm in Murphy? :)

It's actually really nice right now, I'm sure there's a cold front looming somewhere, but it was in the mid-fifties yesterday, which in my book, is warm enough to grill!!! <grin>

Lost power and a fence due to a wind storm yesterday morning. Spent most yesterday fixing it.
And got 3 inches of snow last night!
It's only the just the beginning of a lovely Winter season. :-\

You're entering your winter season and we are in our summer season. Last year the heatwave put cracks in my newly finished plasterwork, it was finally patched up and was ready for painting (where we are it's hard to get a tradesman, let alone a plasterer - in the end a friend's husband came up and did it for me), while I was on holiday we got a scorcher and surprise surprise the exact same line reopened. :'( All extreme seasons cause problems of one sort or another, just Mother Nature doing her thing.
