Drum roll please!!!! I did it, I made it to one-der-land!!!!!! Weighing in at 199.6 this week. I could not be happier ;D I can not praise this lifestyle enough. Happy Monday friends

I have just started with the fat to skinny fast and easy a couple of days ago. I don't know anyone on here yet, just reading thru the post and I'm read yours and want to congratulate you on your achievement. Great job!

As I recall, it wasn't all that long ago that you were on a plateau for months... everyone said stick with it, and you will begin to lose weight (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) again.  Well you did, and you did.  Great job.  Very inspirational.

You are right! I was stuck for 3 months! As tough as it was I kept going and didn't give up and am seeing the results ;D
