I decided to take a break from all the fudge, divinity, pecan pie and petite fours and check out the forums today.
I will not pinch on the sweets.  Family get togethers are tough.  I hope everyone else is staying away from temptation.

Eating differently than everyone else at the table feels a bit awkward.
But everyone in my (and my wife's) family is very supportive of our efforts.

Since my wife and I have lost quite a bit of weight since last year's holidays, it makes being supportive easier.

I just think about all of the weight I have lost and that keeps me from slipping and gaining 5 pounds.
I keep drinking water.  I have gotten through the worst.  We can do this!

Thank you Umpa.  It is tough to have pms during Christmas.  I weigh in at the doctor on Wednesday and have my cholesterol checked.
I can't weight to tell my doctor about FTS.
