Us carb addicts would miss our "sweets" too much without replacements.
This is one of the main reasons FTS works for a lifetime!

I don't think we could have too many!... That's like having too much fun! ;D ;D ;D

I am making my famous elderberry cheesecake today for doug. I have to have sweets in the house! The cheesecakes do great in the freezer. ;)
