Hi Everyone!

I'm a newbie and not too tech savvy so I don't know if I'm doing this correctly!  Hoping to gain much info from this forum to be successful in this weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) journey.  I started on Monday, June 29, 2015.  I think I'm doing good so far and I'm not hungry!

I started in August 2010.
I've lost my excess fat and have not regained it!
That has NEVER happened to me before FTS.
I'm healthier now than I've been in over 30 years! ;D
