Title: Avocado Deviled Eggs

I know I saw a recipe for deviled eggs with avocado in one of Doug's books but now I can't find it! I've done searches, too... Maybe it was in the forums or Facebook page, but I remember seeing a photo as well. And now I have the avocado and can't find the recipe!

Can anyone help?!

Hi, Jacki! :)

I make a variation of deviled eggs with avocado.
It has a southwestern taste.

For each dozen eggs, I add 1 medium avocado (mashed), 1 TSP cilantro, and Frank's Hot Sauce (to taste).

The left over egg "stuffing" is nice on a bed of lettuce.
