Title: Delicious spicy breakfast sausage
Post by: Doug Varrieur on January 18, 2015, 09:10:42 AM
Yesterday I processed all the pork from our recent hunt. I let the meat rest in ice for 3 days prior to processing. From the ground meat I mixed up 10 pounds of breakfast sausage. Here's the recipe, turned out wonderful :)
