Yesterday I processed all the pork from our recent hunt. I let the meat rest in ice for 3 days prior to processing. From the ground meat I mixed up 10 pounds of breakfast sausage. Here's the recipe, turned out wonderful :)

Ingredients
10 pounds ground pork
5 teaspoons kosher salt
5 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
5 teaspoons ground thyme
5 teaspoons dried rubbed sage
5 drops FAT TO SKINNY Zero Sweetener
3 teaspoons ground allspice
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
2 teaspoons onion powder
3 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes

We fetch all our own meat Morgan so there are no chemicals or hormones.In the past I have had seizures caused b y the preservatives in meat at the supermarket :)
