Umpa,

Sushi is by far my absolute favorite dinner/lunch. The only thing I can see being an issue is the rice. I dont normally make sushi at home, but if there is a rice subsitue please let me know and ill start having sushi at home :)

The "rice" (i.e. cauliflower) is versatile.
You can make "rice" dishes as simple or complex as you like... Just depends what you add. ;)
