Low Sugar Milk

I'm not a big fan of soy milk.  Is there a low sugar dairy milk out there?

Have you tried coconut milk?  That seems to be the favorite on the forum.  Coconut milk with a bit of heavy cream might give you what you are looking for.

I love the Silk brand vanilla unsweetened almond milk.  It is 1 carb per serving - 1 carb fiber= 0 carb goodness  ;D

It's very hard getting low carb almond milk here (low carb anything actually).  I just dilute heavy cream in water to the strength that I want and there you have it.  I know in the States you can get cream that is no carbs - in Australia we have approx 0.6 carbs/20 ml, I think due to the thickening/stabiliser agents in them (even pure cream).  So that's what I use in my coffee and cooking.  This is truly what you would call 'full cream milk'   ;)

It's wonderful isn't it Tony   ;D   When I first started I really didn't like it unless it had something mixed in......now I actually crave it just the way it comes.  Funny how your tastes change after you are away from all that sugar.
