Oh my...wow!!!!!

Everyone, just got back from the doctor... Been on FTS for four weeks now.....A1C was 9.9... it is now 7.8.....I finally get it.... Stick to the 20 carbs a day, record my meals.... Keep the Faith and Stay the Course  andddd keep in daily contact with my low-carb friends on FTS... Thank you all.. so far so good...........Refund  ;D

You're on the right track! Mine started at 11.0 and dropped to 6.4 in three months! : )

Yeah Refund  that is great news ! My blood pressure & A1C are both down . I see you found at that Tony (mouseissue ) is the BOMB !!!!  ;) ;)

That is fantastic refund!!!  I am so happy for you!!  I'll be going this week myself to see what mine is....crossing my fingers that it is really low  ;)  I want to make my doc proud!!  LOL   I sure don't want to be put back on any meds.....
