Low Carb Baked Rigatoni and Sausage

Don't you miss Italian? You don't have to with all the wonderful FTS friendly recipes we've come up with! Try this delicious savory recipe today and continue to lose weight the FAT TO SKINNY way :)

Low Carb Baked Rigatoni and Sausage



Ingredients;

1 package of House Foods Shirataki Tofu Macaroni-
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup low sugar pasta sauce
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms, microwaved 2 minutes and drained
2 Italian sausages sliced up and fried
2 tablespoons olive oil to fry sausage
grated Romano cheese

Directions

1- Open the noodles and place into a strainer, rinse VERY well for 5 minutes then pat dry with a paper towel
2- In a bowl mix all the ingredients except the cheeses
3- pour into a baking dish and cover with the shredded Mozzarella cheese
4- bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes
5- serve with shredded Romano.
