Ingredient
1/2 cup soy flour
1/2 cup soy protien
1/4tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 egg
mix dry ingredient in a bowl
in a nother bowl mix the wet ingrediet,pour the wet ingredient into the dry mix well
divide dough into 2 halfs
take one half at a time ,dust your surface with protien powder
roll very thin
fold the dough into half and cut into stripes
place on a dry towel for about 2 to 3 hours to air dry
in a big pot of boiling water drop the pasta and cook
it will foam tha's why you need a big pot
makes about 4 sevings
the carb is only in the soy flour and egg
the whole mixture is about 8 carbs

I never made homemade pasta before. this doesn't look to difficult. Perhaps I will give it a try. Just have to get the soy flour.
