« on: August 17, 2010, 08:20:05 AM »
I am so focused on the carbs ,but I am also looking at the fat . I knew from tylers diabetes that they replace the low fat food with sugar/carbs & the low carb or no sugar food with fat . I am also stuck on the old way of thinking that you need to watch fat soooooooo
what to do ?  ??? ???
Like what is yalls fat grams a day ?Or do you even watch it ? Thanks

Stay off the scale and keep a food diary on the forum for all to see and include your portion sizes.Fat in food is not your issue.Fat doesn't make you fat. That doen't mean you should chug bacon grease :D, it just means that sugar is the enemy not fat. :)
