B: 4 slices bacon, Atkins shake
L: 10 chicken wings - no sauce, Zaxby's doesn't use breading; celery sticks, 1 cup of salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato) with blue cheese dressing
D: 2 hotdogs with mustard, each in 1/2 of a low carb wrap
treat: 1 small slice of keylime cheesecake
