Brunch- 5 golden flax seed meal pancakes with sugar free syrup- YUMMY! 1 carb
Snack- Handfull of Coco Almonds 2 carbs
Dinner- Roasted lamb shank in Marsala, garlic and onions with a green salad- 6 carbs
