Title: First week

Well we got through our first week of detoxing without killing each other hahah! We have some friendly bets going on. Our first goal is a 3 month check in with whoever loses the most percentage of weight at that point gets a gift of their choice within reason lol !
So Dan and I both lost 10lbs each this week. We are feeling great and ready to jump back in the swing of things 😊

Technically I won this week😊  but we aren't doing prize thing until the 3 month check in

Hi ya'll just checking in . This was week three weigh in for us and we are doing wonderful. Dan is down 22.2 and I am down 15.2! We feel great 💕💕💕
