I went to a cookout last night and watched everyone else eat the POISON BUNS and DESSERTS.  I ate the meats and a deviled egg and for dessert some blueberries off the fresh fruit tray with some Reddi-Whip that everyone else was putting on brownies with ice cream and fudge on top.  I felt great when I left, most of them, not so much!! I love this program.

DAMN:( we went out to dinner last nite & they snuck a crouton in my freakin salad>>> and i am a LB heavier this morning Whiskey Tango Foxtrot....and i still have the whole weekend to get thru...Umpa will i be ok?    have a good one folks:)

Katary....you've done fine all along. You'll recover quickly.
When we went out to eat last night, I asked for no croutons on my salad. When the server brought it out, she mentioned that they were out of them anyway. So, my husband, who also should have asked for no croutons had a salad with NO croutons! YAY! : )

WhAt a rIoT:) katie and i rode the tandem bike up to the city 4th of july parade,we sit at the beginning of the parade route,they always throw candy out to all the kids,but by the time they get towards the end they always run out. We got 2 big bags of candy,after the end of the parade passed us,we got on the bike and joined the parade,and threw the candy out as if we were in the parade,towards the end we were the only ones with candy left,and there sits my mom/family etc,they laffed their you know whats off at seeing us in the parade,and all the kids loved us for throwing all of our candy out to them....very amusing,something katie will probably never forget:)
