Yes I am tooting my own horn  :D

After a disappointing weigh in last Monday, I decided to switch things up a bit...
My "ticker" has moved quite a bit since then!
I am off for a day at work, with snacks in hand!  So excited!

And more exciting news - St Cloud, MN has a new store called Aldi, I went in today with my youngest daughter
to pick up some things for the weekend...
First of all, they have Rheddi Whip for $1.49 a can - ok got a couple of those, then in the next fridge, they had heavy whipping cream
for $1.49 a carton.  We were at a store the other day and they were $5.99 - I am so excited to make something nummy...now what do I mix in it.

I have to be honest, I am a little worried about this weekend with all the festivities going on!

You know where the sugar is hiding so what I want you to do is see this symbol on EVERYTHING containing, sugar....starch or fructose.

Speaking of "poison," I was standing in line behind an OLD woman today at the Slow-mart pharmacy. She pulled out her shopping list and I saw it. It had three items on it: 1. sugar, 2. ice cream, 3. cookies. I thought to myself: 1. sugar, 2. sugar, 3. sugar...DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Speaking of Poison, I just ordered their CD from the 80's..."Look what the Cat Dragged In" so I can crank it on my pontoon this weekened and dance with the girls...does anyone remember them?  Still love em... :D

As for the real POISON symbol...that really hit me. We should make stickers of that scary symbol...
I will make good decisions...I have a ton of company coming over and I shopped for things so I can have them handy.  I have learned its all about preparation!
I will check in and let you know how its going!

My husband and I giggle cuz Bret Michaels looks exactly like he did 25 years ago but way older...
Same headbands and long stringy hair. I sure LOVE their music from back then!

Poison was always one of my favorites along with guns and roses. of course axel rose is wretched looking now. To much hard living me thinks.
