  I love bike riding but the last time I was on a bike I popped the tire!  So after only three weeks on the FTS plan I KNOW I can 'go all the way' to my goal.  I love , love , love this eating plan! Already inspired 4 other people to buy the book and start the program, too.
  As an incentive to reach my first big goal of 100 gone, I bought myself a terrific bike.  I may not be able to ride it for a while but seeing it everyday will definitely inspired me take off the next pound, and the next and the next!  For most people 100 is more than they need to lose or it's their goal.  Unfortunately, that is just about 1/2 of what I need to lose.  I know the bike riding will help the second 1/2 come off quickly.

That is awesome!
I was in the garage earlier today and saw my new bike...hanging from the rafters and full of
dust...I need to get it down, clean it off and start to use it!
I, too, will have to start slow...

I just heard a radio program about how popular bike riding is becoming again.  We have some nice comfort bikes that have been taking up room in our storage for about 6 years now.  All of this is getting me motivated to get them out and use them.

That's a great idea we all need something to inspire us. I just want to ride the new Harry Potter ride at Universal. The max weight is 190 pounds..ya I know should be easy but I have a long ways to go to reach that...but I will. :)

Thanks umpa, I am trying. Paula it's part of the whole new Harry Potter world at Universal Florida. It takes you right through Hogwarts and looks really cool.
