help with where to buy the products
« on: January 12, 2011, 11:42:38 PM »
Can anyone tell me where you buy the xylitol and agave, and also other sugar free carb free products? I've looked but online you can tell what the carb count is in most things.  If someone could give me some brands that they use or where to order that would be great.

Umpa!!! :o :o :o Did you use the "D" word... DIET!!! :o :o :o

That darned word has been pounded into us for far too long in connection to losing weight.
It's a tough habit to break... Maybe tougher than smoking!

Hey Umpa, Its Beckie in NC. I cannot find Flax Flour ANYWHERE! Wanting to make your Hearty Country Loaf. Is there anything I can interchange it with? I have Flaxseed meal and Flaxseed Milled which is made by Hodgson Mill.HELP!
Can someone explain why some of us repel so long when the answer is right in front of us? Oh well, at least we finally get it!

Flaxseed meal/flour is the same thing. So is almond meal/flour. Golden flaxseed meal/flour is different than regular flaxseed flour though. It has a consistency more like cornmeal ;)
