I put heavy whipping creme in my coffee ,but my question is if it has less then 1 carb do I count it as 1 or .5 or do i count it at all ?
Is there a creamer that has 0 carbs that is as good cause the heavy whipping cream makes my coffee very very good ,I dont want to have to take it away

look around:) the heavy whipping cream i use has 0 carbs:) and it is just the kroger store brand,ive also bought the walmart brand that has 0 carbs:)

Gary my walmart brand it is in the red & white carton has >1 does that mean 1 carb or what I can not believe that c coffee reg or decafe has carbs in it . I am very sad I guess i missed that in dougs book :'(
