Hi there! I've been lurking on the forum for a few days and decided to take the plunge and post. I downloaded the book almost 2 weeks ago and have had amazing results so far, very encouraging. It's going to be a long haul but results so far show that this plan actually works, so that makes me determined. I have a few questions so will zoom around the forum and find the best category to post them.

Welcome!  Yes, it does work!  Just stay determined and you'll see the results. Ask alll the questions you want... we all do. Again, welcome!
