Post by: Alex Cruz on August 17, 2010, 01:43:35 PM: Hello everyone. My name is Alex and I am a newbie. I just bought the cookbook and I am waiting for my book to arrive. I have struggled most of life with weight and its just really frustrating. My husband loves me for me, but I need to make the change for health reasons and because I do want to look better.
Ive heard and read good things about this program and so here I am.. I think its great that it also has this support group. What a plus..
Look forward to getting to know you all..

I am here for myself, but mostly for my husband to help him overcome the ravages of type 2 diabetes. The improvement in him since the end of May has been miraculous and made me one very happy wife as I feel I am watching him get snatched out of the jaws of death with this way of eating. It may sound dramatic but I am serious. Looking forward to FTS-ing with you! :)
