my name is jeff i was 303 back in 2009 november now that i got the book i now at 238 and feel great ;D ;D

hay every one some good news eat lots of vegies some fruit and some meat but most of all do lots of walking and riding a bike. this is what is helping me and may be it can help you to good luck to all of you and lets shred those pounds
