Olive Garden: Olive Garden: butter, flour, sugar, salt, yeast, kosher salt, garlic powder
FTS: butter, yeast, salt, kosher salt, garlic powder, xylitol? and um almond flour OR soy flour with vital wheat gluten?
-
Sounds like you're right on track to me....let's see what Umpa says :)
-
Im still a bit confused a bit about what this vital wheat gluten stuff is.
-
cut out all the confusion:) go with celery sticks ;)
-
or pork rinds? I seriously need bread-sticks lol. Im not sure about this whole vital wheat gluten thing.....
-
I am very proud of you beebs! You only use vital wheat gluten when you use yeast. The yeast needs gluten to produce rising.I think you will do just as well with almond flour and baking powder with cream of tartar.Bread machines are overated .I mix all my breads by hand.I put one loaf in a breadmachine and it lives in the trash. You have been trained well grasshopper! ;D
-
Rofl! So do I put this on a cookie sheet and then cut when done?
