Breaded cheese sticks

Umpa I miss my breaded mozzarella cheese sticks. Can you help?

dip cheese stick in egg /heavy cream bath then in parm cheese and fry them up ot bake them  I made some last night

Thanks Jo I thought maybe using egg and cream might work but wasn't sure about the breading part. Ever try crushed pork rinds instead of parm?

Yes i is ok sometimes the smell of porkrinds get to me LOL  sometimes I do part flax mill /parm & I have also used part pork skins/parm  or any of them by their self .

To me, these cheese sticks taste FAR BETTER than those carb-laden things they sell at restaurants.

I especially like to mix the grated Parmesan with crushed pork rinds 50-50.
Such wonderful cheesy crunchy goodness... YUMMY!!! :) :) :)
