It has been 2 weeks since I started and I have lost 6 pounds. It hasn't been too bad. I also lost an inch and a half in my waist. I still need help tho. Today at work I got to craving chocolate, well, can you guess what I did? I got me a Hershey chocolate bar and a root beer (fully loaded, no diet) >:( :'( Well, I got it out of my system and I'm back on board. Tomorrow is a new day. ;D Has anyone else ever do this and how did you do afterwards? If anyone has any words of wisdom please send them my way. I am really determined to succeed at this and meet my goal.

Hi, Pam! :)
What helps me from backsliding is remembering that anytime I eat high-carbs (sugar),
my body must process it out (sugar detox) before progress will resume.
There were times I was stopped dead for almost two full weeks! :o
Since you area chocolate lover, we have many chocolatey treats on this forum.
Just make some and keep them in serving sizes in your freezer.
Also, Russell Stover makes some excellent SF chocolate (and so does Sees candies).
They can be a nice change of pace once in a while.

Dollar Tree sells bags of sugar free chocolate peanut clusters. LOVE THEM!!!

What are they called Kim?

Not sure Umpa - I stopped to get some today but they were out. I think its their brand and called peanut caramel clusters. Its in a bag and hanging in tje candy section. I can get 2 snacks from I bag. However in a very needy chocolate moment one time I ate 2 entire bags - ha ha. Good news? Never gives me tummy troubles and I have a sensitive tummy when it comes to the fake sweeteners.
