Sometimes I add cooked bulk sausage to this for some yummy sausage gravy (over biscuits, of course).
Gravy
1 can (approx. 14.5 oz.) chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 oz. cream cheese, sliced
In a large skillet, bring the broth to a boil. Over high heat, stir in the cream and cream cheese, stirring until melted and gravy is thickened.

Hi Shoelace, great recipe, try changing from cream cheese to Kraft Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cheese
less carbs :)
