Fantastic! .... I did a radio show this morning in Oregon and a caller exclaimed "I started at 220 and climbing and I'm now 175 and dropping...I'm 60 years old and in the best shape of my entire life! I'm going to live to 100 thanks to FAT TO SKINNY"

It was great  8)

For the record my gram is 101 years old and she still lives by herself and it totally "with it"! She is so cool and spicy ;D;D
