Well guys, day 2 and I am already feeling the blah of the sugary detox! I knew it would be rough this go around, but sheesh! I guess sugar really is a drug :-)

Hi, Stephanie! :)

Most of us here ARE carb addicts!
And like any other addiction, breaking it will cause discomfort.

Get plenty of sleep and drink lots and lots of plain water.
If you do those two things, your symptoms will not be as bad.

And, like Shawn said, hang in there!... Before you know it, you'll feel FANTASTIC!!! ;D ;D ;D

Hang in there, Steph, and take a walk if you can get away.

Take a water bottle with you.

You've got that right Stephanie....That is pretty much what sugar is to a body.  You are doing great  ;)  I can't remember now what the post was about now but recently someone suggested to drink some broth to help the ickies go away.  Since we no longer consume all the processed foods we tend to not take in as much sodium....drinking some broth may help you to feel better and ease yourself back to low carb/sugar/sodium etc....  It's worth a shot  :)
