Welcome back. If you go to the meal plans section you'll find lots of suggestions.

Hi Joe, glad to see you back on board. You can really keep this simple by remembering your foods groups
Proteins, Fats, Greens, and other low carb veggies from the list. My guess is you're a snatch and grab eater so be sure to keep snack trays at eye level in the fridge, beef jerky in the car and lots of water throughout the day. The first 2 weeks you'll go through detox again so eat, eat, eat, don't try and stave yourself...that won't work. I don't want you hungry, I want you full and comfortable. Heavy proteins like pork, beef, poultry and fish. Heavy veggies like broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower should be your staples. Deviled and hard boiled eggs and cheese sticks in between will slay the hunger dragon almost instantly. Buy some sugar free hard candies to carry your sweet tooth. Be careful of Malitol and Sorbitol both cause intestinal issues. Order a bottle of Zero (click the link to the right) to sweeten everything that needs sweet. Vist here and hang on every day and have faith my friend...the wight WILL come off in time. 8)

Hi Joe it's nice to meet you! I am Stephanie from Jersey and have been living FTS since June 2012 ;D

HELLO JOE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Welcome back home, Joe!!! :) :) :) :) :) :)
The best meal plan is the one that satisfies you, and your hunger, and stays under 20 carbs a day.
In Doug's book are lists of foods with carb counts. Use them to get started.
Think about what you most enjoy for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner.
Write those foods down.
Now look up the carb counts, and distribute your carb intake throughout the day.
Before long, you'll refine meal plans that satisfy you and help you lose that weight.
You can do this! :)
And we'll be right here to help you.

I too, just started back on FTS 5 days ago, so far yeah doing good, and this forum is the best ever for sure to help us. Being prepared is everything for sure, Doug, I loved what you said there helped me too. thanks.
Keeping celery cut up, boiled eggs, and cheese and turkey lunch meat in my frig has really helped me this week.

Well I am Back.. to give it another serious shot. Starting Over. since 2010 I have struggled mercilessly to stay on track, straying further and further as time passes. I am a server and foods are always in my face.. tempting me.... in a state of self indulge and can't seem to stop. This past week though.. my health has had me a little concerned. My heart feels a little like there is a vice on it. real uncomfortable achy feeling in my chest. So... i am back to get my life back on the right track. I have had previous success doing a Low Carb lifestyle. and I am determined to do it again. I need this support that i know comes from here. wish me luck. 220 and in desperate need for change.

Hi Lacypie, It's always a good idea to have a check-up, this would be a good time for you to do so. That way you've got blood work baselines AND you'll know where your health stands :)
