Hi downeast! :)
This looks like a great salad recipe for the summer at BBQs.
But I bet it would be tasty anytime!

Sounds great downeast. You should enter it in my contest. :)

I did! I noticed the contest after I posted the recipe, so I also put it on that thread. A great thing about this salad is that it keeps for several days in the frig, and sometimes when it's getting low I just add more cauliflower and/or broccoli to it. It's always a hit at a potluck, but take the recipe with you because everyone will be asking for it.

Sounds good!!

Hi dear,
Raw vegetables salad is very beneficial for our health. It provides us a huge amount of protein and vitamins.
I like broccoli and cauliflower salad. My favorite salad is mixed vegetables salad which include cucumber, tomatoes, onion, carrot, radish, broccoli, and root beats.

Hi Conrad and welcome to the FTS forum family :)
You listed your favorate My favorite salad is mixed vegetables salad which include cucumber, tomatoes, onion, carrot, radish, broccoli, and root beats.
Just be careful with the onion, carrot, and root beats. They are pretty high in carbs. ;)
