Title: Triple digits lost as of this morning!!!!

Hey everybody!  I finally hit the 100 mark this morning, and God blessed me with an additional 1.2 just to show me HE could!!!  I am SOOO excited!!  Thank you Doug, Umpa, and all of my FTS family for all the continued support!   I am ready to start on the second 100 now!!!  Love ya'll!!!!

Wow Jan...what difference in those pics.  You should be so proud of yourself.  What a beauty you are.  Thank God for FTS....I am loving FTS.  When I see the transformations in everyone it just confirms how wonderful this is.  You are rocking.  ;D ;)

Awh thanks everybody!!!  I am SO happy!   I know I still have a way to go, but I feel absolutely fantastic!  I've found that when you feel better about yourself, you just enjoy life ALOT more, and you love other people even more too!   I appreciate my husband even MORE now for the way he has always stuck with me through "thick and thin".....literally.  ;D   

I SO wish I had known how to eat this way 20 years ago.  Then again, it just makes me appreciate FTS that much more now.  Hang in there everybody!  This plan works if we just stick with it EVERYDAY.  Doug & Umpa are the ones who truly ROCK!!!!    ;)

For my wife and I, it would just be the cost to fly from Western Washington (the state) to Miami.
Those flights are long and pricey.

We could get a bus and make a sweep across the country?  Actually it IS a long flight from Seattle - about 12 hours and the cost would be around $650 for the two of you ($325 each). Start saving your shekkels!

Or it could be spelled "sheqel" - current exchange rate: 1 Israeli new sheqel = 0.2680 US dollars (about a US quarter)  :D

I doubt that Jo you goose! lol I'm actually looking forward to thanksgiving this year, I have to make the potatoes..10 pounds of sugar for 20 people O boy  ::) BUT! I'm making caulitoes n pumpkin muffins for myself to go along with the turkey ;)
