Wow Jan...what difference in those pics.  You should be so proud of yourself.  What a beauty you are.  Thank God for FTS....I am loving FTS.  When I see the transformations in everyone it just confirms how wonderful this is.  You are rocking.  ;D ;)

Awh thanks everybody!!!  I am SO happy!   I know I still have a way to go, but I feel absolutely fantastic!  I've found that when you feel better about yourself, you just enjoy life ALOT more, and you love other people even more too!   I appreciate my husband even MORE now for the way he has always stuck with me through "thick and thin".....literally.  ;D   

I SO wish I had known how to eat this way 20 years ago.  Then again, it just makes me appreciate FTS that much more now.  Hang in there everybody!  This plan works if we just stick with it EVERYDAY.  Doug & Umpa are the ones who truly ROCK!!!!    ;)
