I know that 20 net carbs are recommended for the day. On average how many net carbs do you have (save) for your evening meal?

I eat breakfast/ brunch about 11 then snack at 3.Dinner about 6 then dessert at 8. I plan my meals for the day before I eat .If i want something special for supper I save my carbs from the rest of the day or if I want something higher carb for breakfast I go lower the rest of the day.i don't have a set number for each meal just 20 carbs per day. ;)

I've heard others say they eat their twenty carbs earlier in the day and eat zero in the evening.
If memory serves me correctly, it's something to try if weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) stalls out and you've checked all the other common causes.

Most days, although the times may be different, I do like Umpa.

Thank you all.  I have been saving more for evening it seems that is my larger meal and snack.
