Title: Walking

I walked up to my moms house for the first time in over a year. It's not very far from my house but for someone who couldn't walk it was a long way. I got a. New pair of walking boots   Yesterday which helps. But being able to breath without assistance is wonderful. I've also lost 2 more pounds. Yeah!!!  I don't think anything or anyone is going to stop me this time.

That's fantastic news, Souper!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

You will find yourself feeling better and better the more you walk.
Just be careful not to overdo it early on!... Getting healthy is NOT a race! ;)

Thanks everyone!  Went out to lunch with mom and tried eating a piece of pie. Well I almost got sick. I only took 1bite.

We transformed our bodies so they now know how toxic sugar is.
